I am a psychologist, executive coach and former CHRO with 18 years of experience in Human Resources. I support leaders, HR professionals and organizations through phases of high complexity, change and important decisions.
Through precise questions, diverse perspectives and an approach that is both challenging and empathetic, I help people and teams better understand complex situations, recognize patterns, question assumptions and move forward with more clarity and confidence — even when not all information is available.
I am convinced that good decisions emerge where strategic thinking meets human factors. That is why my work combines pragmatism with reflection, depth with action orientation, and today’s challenges with building long-term capabilities.
